Here’s a real tid-bit,

It doesn’t take long enough to read the band’s name, but to take a look at the strange album title, ”Sino Ba Naman ang Hindi Totoyoin?” and the amusing album cover, you wouldn’t have the slightest idea of what this band is all about.

Originally released in 2010. TOYO is a band that wouldn’t sound so out-of-place in the 90s era, mainly playing 70s blues inspired alternative Pinoy Rock with lyrics featuring commentary on social issues and experiences of common Filipino folks. TOYO’s album reminds us that OPM need not be expensively produced or sophisticatedly made, simplicity is also fun.
