Also known as The Batucada group (Bong Peñera’s support band), when Bong took a solo career, the band recorded their own album, ”Now Batukada” under A&W / Villar Records. The lineup consisted of Boy ”Yob” Katindig (keyboards), ”Papa” Jun Enriquez (guitar), Sonny ”Chaba” Nabong (bass), Cesar ”Bachu” Yumping (drums), Nick ”Egub” Boogie (percussion) and Jun ”Save Me” Salvame (flute and trumpet).

This is the 2009 reissue edition sourced from Spotify. The original LP released in 1977 is highly sought by record collectors.
