SOUTHWIND is composed of 4 good looking and talented young boys namely Daniel Grospe 17 years old on lead vocals, Shan Sabalburo 19 years old on acoustic guitar, Sam Mokamad 18 years old on bass, and David Bautista 19 years old on drums.
SOUTHWIND? Name is lifted from the boys place of origin, which is the SOUTH of Manila. Having a common ground in many ways, these boys share one passion in life and that is their overflowing love for music.
Discovered by Mr. Jimmy Antiporda, well known Composer and Album Producer, he claims that SOUTHWIND has innate talent and very strong determination. Their burning passion to get ahead is what moved him to produce SOUTHWIND debut album.
SOUTHWIND debut album is set to be released this October 2007. Their music can be defined as Pop Alternative. The fresh new sound of SOUTHWIND, artistically created by the group members, combined with the boys very appealing looks, is expected to create a stir in the music industry and captivate the hearts of their audience.
