I’ve encountered the same error. But then I was wondering why Ukulelist_Mike was able to submit an album in the front page so I tried uploading a different mp3 file in my collection and it got successfully uploaded (but I never submitted it since it wasn’t OPM lol).
actually before I encountered said error I was able to upload an EP album. anyway, I hope the admin will check the root cause of it and will be able to provide a long term solution to this.

Oh I see now. This site is very useful but really has lots of glitches.
